Abstarct: The Kuh-Mil copper (gold) deposit is located in NE of Markazi Province, 25 km NE of Saveh and 10 km south of Mamuniyeh city. This area is situated in the middle part of Urmia-Dokhtar magmatic arc. Volcanic and pyroclastic rocks such as andesite, trachyandesite, andesite basalt with middle- upper Eocene age are outcropped in this area. The upper Eocene hypabyssal quartz monzodiorite to monzodiorite intrusive rocks have been injected into the volcanic rocks. The Kuh-Mil Cu (Au) mineralization is mainly observed as vein- veinlets, breccia and rarely disseminated forms in intrusive and volcanic rocks (especially in intrusive rocks). Alteration zones are propylitic, argillic, phyllic (quartz, sericite ± pyrite), silicic, iron oxide, tourmalinization and carbonate. Primary ore minerals include chalcopyrite (main ore), pyrite, specularite and hematite, and secondary types include chalcocite, covellite, malachite, goethite and limonite. baxsed on geochemical studies, intrusive rocks are calc-alkaline and mextalluminous and are classified as I-type granitoids, and are related to the magmatic arcs of active continental subduction and collisional zones. In the altered rocks, SiO2 and K2O are enriched and the rest of the major oxides are depleted. The rare elements e.g., Rb, Zr, Nb, Ta, U, and Th are enriched while Ba, Sr, and Cs show depletion. Light rare earth elements (La, Ce, Pr, and Nd) are enriched and heavy rare earth elements (Sm- Lu, and Y) are depleted. Copper has a good and significant positive geochemical correlation with Au, Ag, Bi, and Cd and moderate positive correlation with As in the Kuh-Mil system. The homogenization temperature and salinity of fluid inclusion in quartz vary from 115 ºC to 200 ºC (average 164 ºC) and from 2.68 to 24.67 (average 20.25) wt. % NaCl equivalent, respectively. baxsed on the homogenization temperature and salinity, the trapping pressure of fluid inclusions is estimated to be less than 10 bars and depth of placement is less than 500 meters. Finally, baxsed on the geological, mineralogical, geochemical and fluid inclusion microthermometric evidences, the Kuh-Panj Cu (Au) mineralization system is classified in the category of intermediate- sulfidation epithermal deposits.
